Patterns and results
Stitch counts and sizes are given for the stated hook, yarn and tension. Your toy or project may come out larger, smaller or shaped a little differently depending on your yarn, your hook and how tightly you work. That is normal in crochet, and the guides explain how to adjust.
Images
Some images on this site are digitally created illustrations of the finished piece. They show the shape and colors a pattern produces, and the written instructions are what to follow. Where an image and the text disagree, the text is correct.
Safety
Safety eyes, buttons, beads, wire and pipe cleaners are choking or injury hazards for children under three. Every toy pattern says so where those parts are used, and offers an embroidered alternative. You are responsible for choosing materials that suit the person the toy is for. Yarn, stuffing and hooks are not toys for small children.
Selling what you make
You may sell finished items made from these patterns in small handmade batches. Please credit puffstitchy.com. The written patterns and the images may not be copied, sold or republished.
